Conference Topics

We invite submissions from academia, government, and industry presenting novel research on all aspects of information technology incluging, but not limited to social networks, cloud computing, internet of things, smart grid, software engineering, data mining and bioinformatics. This year we particularly welcome submissions from areas in cyber-physical security, mobile security, software security and network security. All the accepted papers will be published in special issues of prestigious journals.

In this year, ACDC 2017 also features a follow-up (free) event Cyber Security Winter School 2017, which will bring together prominent cyber security experts from academia and industry to address a set of diverse topics, discuss future trends, share their insight, present their own rich experiences, and provide focused knowledge on cutting edge cyber security technologies.

Journal Recommendations (Special Issues)

Selected high quality ACDC 2017 submissions will be invited to perform solid extend to submit to the following Special Issues:

1. International Journal of Computers and Applications, Special Issue for ACDC (confirmed)
2. Future Generation Computer Systems, Social networking Big Data (confirmed)
3. International Journal of Computational Science and Engineering (confirmed)
4. International Journal of High Performance Computing and Networking (confirmed)

More journal special issues or topical selections will be announced soon.

Submission Information

The ACDC 2017 Proceedings will be published by ACM . Papers should be formatted according to ACM conference paper formatting guidelines ACM SIG Proceedings Templates. The following guidelines must be met for all submissions:

  • Submissions must be in English.

  • Submissions must not exceed 10 pages for full papers and 4 pages for short papers

  • Submissions must be in PDF format. Other formats will not be accepted.

  • Submissions must clearly state the problem being addressed, the goal of the work, the results achieved, and the relation to other work.

  • Submissions must be original contributions that have not been published previously, nor already submitted to other conferences or journals in parallel with this conference.

  • Authors must choose the appropriate satellite conference or workshop for your submission

Papers are to be submitted via the ACDC 2017 Easy Chair Submission Site and will be reviewed by a minimum of three members of the program committee.
